No. Travel to and from Hungary is not covered by the scholarship. You must fund your own flights and transportation.

Hungary is generally safe with low crime rates. However, some international students (particularly from Africa and Asia) have reported discrimination incidents. Major cities are more diverse and accepting. University cities like Debrecen and Szeged have large international student communities.

Your residence permit expires shortly after your studies end. To stay, you'd need to find employment and switch to a work-based residence permit. Some sending partners require you to return home. Hungary does offer a job-seeker visa for graduates, but it's limited to 9 months.
