The order that matches the PDFs

1. Country list. Banach or My First Choice — not both unless you truly hold that citizenship.

2. University first in parallel. Both announcements tell you to register in the HEI system on the university’s deadline and to prove B2 at admission. Banach also wants admission-contact evidence unless you take the preparatory course.

3. NAWA ICT only. programs.nawa.gov.pl/login. Application in Polish or English. One application per person in 2026/27.

4. Banach groups. The system is split into four country groups. Pick the group that contains your citizenship. A wrong group is a formal error.

5. Path is binding (Banach). Polish path (prep + studies, or studies only) or English path (studies + Polish language and culture course). You choose at application and keep it.

How NAWA scored 2026/27 files

Formal check first, then merit. Banach: GPA up to 70, video justification up to 30, optional diplomatic recommendation up to 10 (max 110). Pass mark 70, with at least 50 on GPA and 20 on the video. Below the GPA floor, the video was not scored. Vacancies were then split by country. PMFC: GPA up to 50 (Polish-scale bands), motivation and achievements up to 50. Pass mark 60, with at least 25 in each criterion. Zero on GPA stopped criterion 2. The panel could invite interviews; no invitation was not a fail.
