Banach attachments (call 16/2026)
- Passport page with personal data (a document that authorises crossing borders).
- First-cycle diploma from a programme country plus supplement with the arithmetic average and subject grades. If the average is missing, NAWA calculates from the diploma or supplement. Final-year students attach a university certificate matching the model (name, HEI, programme, completion date or planned date, average and all subject grades, stamp).
- Proof of participation in admission for winter 2026/27 second-cycle studies at a Minister-supervised HEI with a NAWA agreement: admission or conditional decision; promise / letter of acceptance; registration or fee confirmation for a named field; or documented contact plus the university reply. Not required if you chose the Polish path “preparatory course and second-cycle studies”.
- Language document from Annex 3 (Polish) or Annex 4 (English). Preparatory-course path: Polish at least B1 (certificate, diploma taught in Polish, or Polish-course certificate).
- Self-presentation video in Polish or English, 1–3 minutes, justifying field and motivation. No images of third parties.
- Optional: recommendation from a Polish diplomatic mission in its accreditation area (0–10 points if submitted).
Poland My First Choice attachments (call 19/2026)
- Passport bio page. EU citizens may submit an identity card instead.
- First-cycle diploma from a programme country no earlier than 2024, with supplement. Final-year / diploma-pending applicants use the model certificate, which also asks for the maximum possible GPA on that scale, seal or e-signature, and authorised signature.
- Language document from Annex 3 (Polish) or Annex 4 (English) for the language of the planned programme.
- Motivation letter in Polish or English covering: goals and prior activity; why this field and HEI; Master's topic or planned research; expected impact on further development.
- Optional: other documents confirming outstanding achievements (publications, awards). These feed criterion 2.
PMFC did not require a video or a university-admission attachment in the 2026 announcement. University admission is still a separate process.
