1. You will sign the NAWA agreement in the ICT system within 45 days (Banach) or 30 days (PMFC) of it appearing?

What the 2026 PDFs required after funding
- Agreement. Banach: conclude within 45 days of availability in the ICT system. PMFC: 30 days. Missing the window can forfeit the award — the announcements treat it as an obligation, not a suggestion.
- Payment route. Through the preparatory-course unit or the university where you study. Travel lump sum rides with the first monthly payment.
- Reports. Annual report after each academic year, no later than 31 October. Banach: first report after the preparatory course, or after year one if you skipped the course. PMFC: first report after year one; summer-semester starters file a semester report first.
- Banach MFA contact. Accepting the scholarship includes agreeing that contact data may be shared with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Banach Polish path with prep course. You sit the 2027/28 university admission while on the one-year course. NAWA assigns the centre by field and places.
- Banach English path. Polish language and culture course in September/October 2026, on-site or online. First stipend from September 2026 if the course is on-site.
Visa is not in the scholarship PDF
NAWA does not issue visas. Use study.gov.pl and the Polish consulate that covers your residence. Typical student path is a national (type D) visa, then a temporary residence permit after arrival — confirm current rules on official pages. Legalisation or apostille of diplomas can be required at admission; NAWA points to its recognition pages. Do not pay a third party who claims they can “process NAWA visas.”
