Close dates are not published here
This handbook brands the 2027 intake. Confirm the open and close dates on the current official A*STAR scholarships site or by writing [email protected]. If A*STAR later republishes a dedicated SINGA page, that page wins.
What a 2023 official brochure said
The A*STAR SINGA brochure marked accurate as of 1 November 2023 listed two recurring close dates. That is a pattern, not a 2026–27 calendar. Do not treat the table below as your deadline.

Shortlisting, in the same brochure: results released in about 12 weeks at the earliest after the close date. Only shortlisted applicants are emailed.
What is not a SINGA deadline
NTU research-programme windows
NTU's general research admission guide uses 31 January (August intake) and 31 July (January intake). That is NTU admission, not a SINGA close date.
AGS cycles
The live AGS page uses 1 November–1 February and 1 June–10 August. Those are AGS dates.
ARAP / SRAP
The International Awards page lists ARAP (1 June and 1 December) and SRAP (1 May and 1 November). Those are attachment programmes, not SINGA.
How to check the 2027 window
- Open the official A*STAR scholarships listing and look for SINGA.
- If the page is still missing, email [email protected] and ask which 2027 intakes are open and the close date in Singapore time.
- Ignore aggregator pages that print “1 December 2026” without an A*STAR or university citation you can open.
