Tick off each item as you get it ready.

Upload format guide

PDF format. The Études en France portal accepts PDF only, with a small size limit per file (often around 300 KB; check your country's portal). Scan at 150 DPI.

File naming. Use LASTNAME_documenttype.pdf (for example MARTIN_transcript.pdf), with no spaces or accents.

Common pitfalls

The portal crashes if files are too large. Compress them with a tool such as smallpdf.com, and save local copies of everything.
