EU vs Non-EU Tuition
The first thing to understand is the tuition gap. EU/EEA students pay the statutory fee; everyone else pays the institutional rate.
Non-EU students pay roughly 3–11 times more than EU students (statutory fee €2,694 in 2026–27) for the same programme: about €8,000 for an HBO bachelor’s, €18,000 for a research master’s and €30,000 for a business MBA. The NL Scholarship partially addresses this gap.
