What the vacancy notice must include
For Doctoral Networks, the official 2026 call page states that recruitment must be open, transparent, and merit-based, in line with the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. The vacancy — advertised internationally, including on EURAXESS — must include the gross salary (not including employer’s social contributions) offered to the researcher. If a listing hides pay, treat it as incomplete.
PF: the host submits
You draft the research with a supervisor. The host organisation in an EU Member State or Associated Country is the beneficiary and submits on the Funding & Tenders Portal. Download the year’s templates from that call page. Do not reuse a 2023 PDF you found on a university blog.
